Frequently Asked Questions

At minimum, we need your contact information and a brief description of the opportunity. The more detail you provide (maps, AFEs, production data, geological info), the faster we can evaluate. Our online portal guides you through all the relevant fields, but only contact info is required to start the conversation.

We're flexible on project size. We typically look at opportunities requiring $100,000 to $5,000,000+ in capital. Smaller projects with strong economics are just as interesting to us as larger deals. Quality matters more than size.

For well-documented projects with clear economics, we can move from initial contact to funding in as little as 2-4 weeks. More complex deals may take longer for due diligence. We pride ourselves on not dragging out the process unnecessarily.

We can operate, but we're also happy to participate as a non-operated working interest partner. If you're an experienced operator with a track record, we're comfortable letting you run the project while we provide capital.

Project submissions are treated as confidential, other than with prospective capital partners under confidentiality. In other words: to raise capital for your project we have to be able to show it to the investors who would fund it, and we do that only under confidentiality obligations. We do not publish your data, sell it, or pass it to competing operators. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before receiving detailed information — and if you'd rather we didn't show it to anyone at all, tell us up front and we'll say so before you send anything.
