Brief Summary
We plan to offset existing production with the drilling of 5 new wells and go back into 10 old wells utilizing latest technology to increase production giving the property 15 total producing wells. Read Phase 1 and Phase 2 for details.
The existing wells were drilled in the 70’s averaging 11BOPD Per a Well using 1970’s technology.
Project was purchased from Baron Energy a few months ago. Production was 10.4BOPD until the program was turned off due to a hole in the casing from one well. Our plan is to re-vamp 10 wells and drill 5 new wells.
Current project consist of 123 acres, split up into 2 leases, with 10 wells currently producing 10.4BOPD(“ Barrels of oil per a day”).
Keller M.V. 07485 has 7 producing/rework wells and 3 injection wells. Sitting on 100 Acres.
Keller M.V. 07484 has 3 producing/rework wells, 1 injection well, sitting on 23 acres.
Phase 1: On a well by well basis-maximize existing formation production
- Go in the hole with wire line pull the tubing rods and down hole pump to confirm bottom hole location
- Go in the hole with swivel rig or down hole sand pump with a work-over rig to clean out well below perforations and swab
- Utilize current technology by running chlorine cased hole log and a Bond log
- Evaluate Logs to determine up hole production zones to be perforated
- Perforate the up hole pay zones
- In some wells Utilize short range lateral drilling to penetrate formation 20 to 30 feet
- Utilize an Acid Job or Sand frac to break down the formation
- Swab well test for production
- Re-Install Pump, Tubing Rods
- Turn well to sales
Phase 2: On a well by well basis- new well drilling
- Evaluate logs to determine the field geology for offset drilling locations
- Drill and complete off set wells
- Utilize current technology by running chlorine cased hole log
- Turn well to sales
