After years of research he discovered that if an individual was to lease or a buy premium acreage to drill on, hire geologists / engineers, hire an operator to drill the oil well, purchase the equipment, hire a company to complete the oil well, maintain and monitor the oil well as it was producing, etc… the cost wouldn’t be much different from that of the marked up prices most promoters and/or independent oil and gas companies offer to oil investors today.
